Sales Terms of Trade

For any project involving watches or clocks, we take payment amounts as agreed, & provide a formal invoice before any payment is made. This invoice outlines the agreed details of the project, & once a deposit is received, both the customer & Paceracer are committed to proceeding with the project.

Due to the limited production capacity & the handcrafted nature of our work, a deposit secures your position in our production schedule. As such, deposits or any payments made are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the customer due to change of mind. Accepting your project means we are unable to take on others during the same period, which is the reason for the deposit & the mutual commitment it represents.

An invoice from Paceracer constitutes a binding contract. If any portion of the total remains unpaid at completion, it must be settled before the watch or clock can be handed over or dispatched. Once payment is made, the customer is bound to the terms & Paceracer commits fully to designing, fabricating, & delivering the product as specified.

Orders are binding upon confirmation & cannot be canceled without written consent from Paceracer. While all payments are non-refundable, we may – at our discretion – review the situation & offer an upgrade, alternative order or allow for adjustments but we are unable to reduce the value of the original order. Each project includes planning, setup, & internal costs incurred from the outset. Requests for changes after commencement also require time & consideration.

Design & manufacturing of one-off watches or clocks includes early-stage research, consultation, communication, planning, & the execution of our structured design process. Additionally, materials & fabrication orders are made at the onset of the project. This is a core part of our service & reflects the depth of attention each project receives.

We adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act & take pride in delivering a level of service that often exceeds expectations. Our operational systems & processes are continuously evolving & form part of our internal intellectual property. This structure enables us to create truly unique & high-quality timepieces & clock installations.
