Sales Terms of Trade

For any project we take payment amounts agreed on, and an invoice is written and provided before any payment is made. In this invoice the details discussed for the project are outlined, and when a deposit is made, Paceracer and the customer become committed to the project. For any reason where a project is cancelled, if it is because of a change of mind, we are unable to return a deposit or money paid towards this project. We have a waiting list for watches and taking on a project means that we aren’t able to take on others at the time - which is the idea behind having a deposit system and a commitment from the customer to the project.

Paying a deposit gives security that the contract will go ahead. Our invoices are contracts and this is a binding document. Before the watch is completed, if any amount is remaining to be payable, this is required to be paid before a watch or the ordered watches can be handed over or dispatched for delivery. When a payment is made the customer is bound to it and Paceracer fully commits to creating the watch or ordered watches. Each order will be binding on the customer once given to Paceracer and no order may be canceled by the customer without the prior written consent of Paceracer. Payments or deposit of a total payment is non-refundable, however if circumstances change, at our discretion, we will re-evaluate the scenario at hand and provide a fair and reasonable discussion for the closure, extension, or additional cost of a project. Each project has a planning & initiation cost which is incurred, and modifying plans for any reason take time and consideration on our behalf. Most projects require research on our behalf as well, at a very early stage. Time for communication, consultation, timelines etc is part of the whole package service we offer.

We follow the guidance and law under the Consumer Guarantees act, to comply to offer a good service, and wherever possible we go over and beyond expectations for customers to provide an excellent service. Our procedures for every project follow a structured set of steps at every stage, and while we are constantly evolving, we have a strict process to follow, and this is part of our internal intellectual property, which gives us our innovative operational ability to create one-off watches.
